It was just a matter of time before Jessica Barsamian & Louise Rusk got together, both of Scottish decent, both have been in the beauty industry their whole life; Jessica as the CEO of the Belgrade Group, a group of salons in the Northeast US and Louise as former Creative Director and New Product Developer for Rusk Haircare.
